This site is operated by EVERYEVERYTHING LLC, a Florida limited liability company. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean EVERYEVERYTHING LLC, and “you” means the person or organization using the site.

This is an informational website. It describes the AI-powered cataloguing software that EVERYEVERYTHING LLC builds and gives you a way to get in touch with us. That is all it does: there is no account to create, nothing to buy here, and no software delivered through these pages.

Nothing on this site is an offer, a contract, a commitment to deliver a product or feature, or professional advice you should rely on. If we work together, the actual service is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both of us — and if anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement controls.

Everything else — copying, distributing, modifying, or building on our content or code, or using our name or marks — requires our written permission. Using our content to train a machine learning model is not permitted without that permission.

If you send us feedback or suggestions about our site or software, you agree we can use them freely, without obligation or compensation to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the site must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, that part is limited or removed and the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a provision right away, we have not waived it. You may not assign these terms without our written consent; we may assign them to a successor entity in a merger, acquisition, or sale of our assets. Together with our Privacy Policy, these terms are the entire agreement between you and EVERYEVERYTHING LLC regarding this website.
