Privacy Policy

This website collects very little. This policy explains exactly what it does collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

Effective September 2, 2026 · EVERYEVERYTHING LLC

§ 01

Who we are

This site is operated by EVERYEVERYTHING LLC, a Florida limited liability company that builds AI-powered cataloguing software. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean EVERYEVERYTHING LLC.

EVERYEVERYTHING LLC

United States

You can reach us any time at hello@everyeverythingtech.com.

§ 02

What this policy covers

This policy covers www.everyeverythingtech.com and any email you send us in response to it. It does not cover information that a customer's own material may contain when we process it inside our cataloguing software — that work is governed by the separate written agreement we sign with that customer.

§ 03

What we collect

Information you choose to send us. There is no sign-up form, contact form, or account system anywhere on this site. The only way to reach us from these pages is the email link, so the only information you give us directly is whatever you put in an email — your email address, and any name, organization, or details you include in the message.

Standard server logs. Like essentially every website, ours is delivered by a hosting provider that records basic technical information about each request: IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, and the date and time. We use these logs only to keep the site running and secure. We do not use them to build a profile of you.

That is the whole list. This site has no accounts, no passwords, no payments, no newsletter, and no advertising. We do not buy personal information about visitors, and we do not sell or rent yours.

§ 04

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising tags, and no session recording. It loads no third-party scripts, embeds, or fonts — the typefaces are served from our own domain — so browsing these pages does not report your visit to anyone but our hosting provider.

If we ever add analytics or another tool that collects information about visitors, we will update this policy and change the effective date above before turning it on.

§ 05

How we use information

We use what we collect to:

  • reply to you and continue a conversation you started;
  • evaluate whether our software is a fit for the collection you described, and prepare a proposal if it is;
  • keep ordinary business records of who we have talked to;
  • operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website, including investigating abuse; and
  • meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not use the contents of emails you send us to train machine learning models.

§ 06

Third parties who handle data for us

We keep the list short and use each of these only to run our own business:

  • Our hosting provider, which serves this website and keeps the server logs described above.
  • Our email provider, which delivers and stores messages sent to our address.

These providers may only handle information on our instructions. Beyond them, we share personal information only when the law requires it — a subpoena, court order, or similar legal process — or when we need to protect our rights, safety, or property. We never sell your personal information.

§ 07

How long we keep it

We keep email correspondence for as long as it is useful to the relationship, and afterwards for as long as we need it for records, tax, or legal purposes. Server logs are short-lived and are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period under their normal retention practice. When information is no longer needed for any of these purposes, we delete it — and you can ask us to delete it sooner.

§ 08

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • tell you what information we hold about you;
  • give you a copy of it;
  • correct anything that is wrong;
  • delete it; or
  • stop contacting you.

Email hello@everyeverythingtech.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we may keep information we are legally required to retain. Depending on where you live, laws such as the Florida Digital Bill of Rights, the California Consumer Privacy Act, or the GDPR may give you additional rights; we handle the requests above the same way for everyone, wherever you are. You will never be treated differently for exercising these rights.

§ 09

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and we limit access to email and business records to the people who need it. That said, no website or email system is perfectly secure, so please do not send us sensitive personal information — government identifiers, health information, financial account numbers — by email.

§ 10

Where your information is handled

EVERYEVERYTHING LLC operates in the United States, and information you send us is stored and processed here. If you contact us from outside the United States, you are sending your information to the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.

§ 11

Business transfers

If EVERYEVERYTHING LLC is acquired, merged into another company, or sells substantially all of its assets, information covered by this policy may be transferred to the successor entity as part of that transaction. Any successor would remain bound by this policy for information collected before the transfer unless and until it gives you notice of a change.

§ 12

Children’s privacy

This site and our software are meant for organizations, not children. We do not direct this site to children under 13 and do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us personal information, email hello@everyeverythingtech.com and we will delete it.

§ 13

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of the page. If a change materially affects how we handle information you have already given us, we will make a reasonable effort to tell you directly.
